Nautilus Insurance Pte. Ltd. (“the Company”) is incorporated in the Republic of Singapore with its principal place of business and registered office at 8 Marina View, #09–05 Asia Square Tower 1, Singapore 018960.

The principal activities of the Company are those of a captive insurer licensed under the Insurance Act 1966.  The Company underwrites risks of its parent and related corporations as defined under Sections 5 and 6 of the Companies Act 1967 and such other risks as the Monetary Authority of Singapore may allow.

The immediate and ultimate holding companies are National Australia Corporate Services Pty Limited and National Australia Bank Limited respectively, both of which are incorporated in Australia.

The Company has no direct employees; day‑to‑day management is provided by Marsh Management Services Singapore Pte Ltd as captive manager.

The Company does NOT offer insurance to any third party. The Company only issues Insurance policies to members of the National Australia Bank Group of companies. If you are offered Insurance products from Nautilus Insurance Pte Ltd it is a scam
